« Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , die Bungalows sind schön aufgeteilt und sauber , leider hatte unser Haus bei Gewitterregen Wassereinbruch vom Dach . Das Lokal ist auch zu empfehlen . »

« Wir haben ca. 20 yelloh Aufenthalte bisher gebucht aber Alfacs war der schlechteste. Aus Ausstattung Premium mobilhome absolut spartanisch. Kochfeld nur 3 Fammen davon 1 Brenner defekt. Garten und Landschaftsbau gruselig »

« Nice camping but a litle bit chaos related to the pitches. Not clear about begin and end of them also a tree ?? Maybe reorganise all also booked with water and drainage but on the pitch it was only water ?? Wifi bad. Supermarket the best i ever saw on a camping Toilets and showers ok clean. »

« A little hard to identify the spots and due to that a little chaotic to find the right spot (often spots are already taken or free but in the system marked as taken or reserved). Apart from that the campground is beautifully situated with perfect sea view and very friendly personnel. Very modern facilities even with dishwashers. »

« Wir haben 10 Tage auf dem Campingplatz verbracht und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Alle Mitarbeiter, die wir kennengelernt haben waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz und die Waschhäuser waren sauber und alles funktionierte. Die Beachbar ist gemütlich und sowohl das Essen wie auch die Getränke preislich für die Qualität völlig okay. Schön wäre ein zweiter ordentlicher Zugang ins Meer, der nicht durch Angler besetzt ist. Wir waren dennoch sehr zufrieden und können den Platz nur empfehlen. »

« Nice place, but the sand was dirty and full of stones so we couldn't let our 8 month old daughter play in the sand quietly. I also found the opening hours of the swimming pool quite restrictive, when we were there last year we could use the pool all day without closing times. »

« Zeer vriendelijke en service gerichte medewerkers aan de balie. Mooie plaatsen beschikbaar, veel direct aan de zee. Mooi en schoon sanitair en een fijn zwembad. We komen zeker terug! »

« When we checked out, I unfortunately found out that I payed for two nights instead of 1 night. They would refund me the money, but more than a week later they still didn’t refund the money. That’s no good! Iam disappointed. »

« I actually love yellow village as I stayed in another camping la Gavina before. So we wanted to have a similar experience. But the experience in terms of campsite was very different. To start with the positive: the house is amazing (eco cottage), baby bed, aircon, very good beds, good working shower, also kitchen equipment quite good. No wine glasses but well the restaurant gave us some. But the negative, Restaurant is just very bad. Fideau like a soup, cold meals, but even that I can live with… especially as it can happen one time. But the people working… I think they hate their job. Didn’t even wanted to give us a menu from the other table, she just pointed to the other table. Quite strange behaviour and just very very rude. Same for reception: helping for change for laundry machine? No… but we were most surprised of hours of swimming pool. Finally kids asleep and so we could enjoy the swimming pool during the day? No! Closed 2 hours in the middle of the day. Then we stayed 2 times home especially for the kids club… 2 times kids club cancelled or they would just play the same card game like every other day. And when there was an hour mini disco they started 10 min late and just run the show for 20 minutes. Every day the kids club was just very sad. (The girl was nice, but the campsite just don’t have a lot of stuff to do for them) the lack of kids playground, a location they could go… for kids around 5/6 years until 12 I would say there is little to nothing other than the normal pool. So I would only recommend to go with baby’s or adults and make nice dinners in the house, then you’re on a perfect location! »

« Very nice camping with a perfect combination of beach and pool. Ten animation for kids can be updated with pool disco soccer so dances and easy games. The help at the reception is good. The opening hours of the pool in the morning could be extended. »

« El camping es tranquilo y familiar. Como mejora seria reducir el precio del restaurante para poder mas amenudo y que haya mas actividades con los animadores. Se notaba menos organizacion qie en los yellow village de francia. Tambien indicar que la playa no es muy practica ya que no hay arena. Sino los espectaculos nos gustaron mucho tanto flamenco como latin. »

« Instal·lacions comuns correctesi netes: aseos, safarets, dutxes, restaurant, cadires, zona de descans al "chill out"... Molt agradable l'entorn, per diseny i per l'arbereda. La nostra parcel·la era d'una mida suficient i molt ben situada, enfront del mar. Estem prou satisfets de la nostra estada. »

« It was a very unfriendly experte experience at the reception, they told us, that our reservation was not valid and gave us the most unpleasant place. All over all was it more shine than reality: for example the highly recommended sandy beach didn’t exist. The only great moment was, when my mobile disappeared, two members of the staff were looking for my phone immediately and until they found it! »

« Alfacs - Stayed 8 nights. The site is quiet and the accommodation was clean, with friendly and helpful reception staff. The shop was well-stocked and convenient. Unfortunately, the view from our unit was disappointing—overlooking a cramped, untidy camping area. The bar and restaurant on-site looked lovely but had unfriendly staff and overpriced, poor-quality food. Relaxation spaces were limited, with not enough loungers. The pool across the road was dated but decent. Food there was better, though staff seemed far more attentive to locals than to holidaymakers. The menu was only in Catalan, and despite our efforts to order in basic Spanish, there was very little engagement or effort to make us feel like valued guests. Customer service didn’t reflect the standards we’d expect on a holiday. We’ve stayed at other Yelloh villages and had great experiences, but this one fell short. »
